All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Please Note: The customer has requested a sample from the company. Only one SAMPLE PER CLIENT IS ALLOWED.
Shipping Methods and Rates
We primarily ship through USPS, UPS, and other trusted carriers.
All available shipping options and rates will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
Please note: Standard shipping and free sample offers are not available for Hawaii, Alaska, Canada and Puerto Rico.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States.
All orders are shipped from our facility located in Los Angeles, California.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, as we are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes tracking information.
You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress through the carrier’s website.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or damaged during transit.
